NCLB FLUNKS ITS OWN TEST

THE LATEST report on tests of the nation's children shows what a bust No Chld Left Behind is. Since tests started in 2003 the biggest increase was in 4th grade math, all of 2%.

Given that NCLB is a program designed to produce better test results rather than a better education, the outcome can be fairly described as pitiful. It would be nice if one of the major Democratic presidential candidates would admit it.
