SOUTH CAROLINA WANTS ADS IN SCHOOL BUSES

The State Department of Education, in support of interests expressed by school districts, is seeking proposals for Interior Bus Advertising. The SDE is seeking a Contractor who is innovative, experienced and dynamic that will assist the SDE in the development and implementation of a successful advertising campaign to recruit advertisers who meet the SDE and affected District's policy. The SDE vehicles can provide interior small billboard space, which businesses can lease to place advertising messages to the students transported.

The state has approximately 675,000 student riders each school day. The SDE operates 5,025 school buses, traveling approximately 79,000,000 miles per year, within the state boundaries on an average of 180 school days per year.
