 Your editor has been a musician for many decades. He started the first band his Quaker school ever had and played drums with bands up until 1980 when he switched to stride piano. He had his own band until the mid-1990s and has played with the New Sunshine Jazz Band, Hill City Jazz Band, Not So Modern Jazz Band and the Phoenix Jazz Band. So, according to Ferraro, Obama's only there because he's black?
Sounds like more wishful thinking from the Clinton camp.
Could it be that, oh, I don't know, he's a better candidate? Better orator? More trustworthy?
Ferraro seems to think that the only reason anyone supports Obama is because he's black. How's that woman thing workin' out for Hillary, Gerry?
Doesn't using Ferraro to make a statement like this put the frequently tearful Hillary Clinton in an awkward position given that Ferraro famously lost the Vice Presidential nomination for crying in public.
