Television advertisements that allegedly showed beer as source of fantasies come to life, fantasies involving tropical settings, beautiful women, and men engaged in unrestricted merriment, were not deceptive and misleading, but were merely puffing, which did not give rise to actionable fraud under Michigan's Pricing and Advertising Act.
