One must wonder at the accuracy of the data when it includes Medicare payment levels for "Normal Deliveries" and C-Sections. These payments are double asterisked in the pdf of the report, and are asserted to mean "Representative Medicare fees from Portland, Oregon market, or CMS Medicare average for tests and cultures; all other Medicare fees are averages provided by a global consulting and actuarial firm."

I would like to know just how much Medicare is spending on deliveries and C-sections for those birth control failures amongst the 65+ set.

At least the report writers had the grace to report "Well Baby Office Visits" as N/A for Medicare.
