EVEN FREE, NEWSPAPERS LOSING GROUND ONLINE

Poynter - Newspapers online are the only category of digital media that declined in consumption from 2008 to 2009 -- a whopping 10 percent. And while that decline was led by those in the 18-24 age range, older consumers are following younger ones in moving to social media.
